Usage Guidelines:
First 3 weeks: Use on gear level 5, for 20 minutes, 3–4 times/day, with at least 1-hour intervals.
After week 4: Gradually increase usage. If swelling occurs, reduce session frequency.
Important: Place a cardboard under the control unit if using on soft surfaces like a bed or sofa to avoid overheating.
