Troubleshooting: Device Turns On but No Foam Dispensed
If the indicator lights up and the motor runs but no foam comes out:
Try this method to prime the pump:
- Use a squeezable bottle with a long beak (e.g., condiment bottle).
- Add clean water to the bottle.
- Remove the filter at the end of the dispenser’s tube.
- Insert the beak of the bottle into the tube.
- Squeeze water into the tube while activating the sensor repeatedly.
- Have someone assist you if possible to pump water through the system.
This helps clear air bubbles and dry foam residue so the dispenser can begin working normally.
